Queens Park Place

The £65 million Queens Park Place development in north west London is a stunning project.

An urban village just seven minutes from Paddington, it is made-up of a collection of 122 new homes, including 28 affordable and 116 contemporary apartments and penthouses, with private balconies or roof terraces overlooking private courtyard gardens.

Part of the £400m regeneration of South Kilburn, the ambitious plans aim to deliver 2,400 new homes in total.

JPS undertook all carpentry on this phase – including flooring, doors, staircases and decking – across 150 units for Bouygues UK, in what was another successful partnership with the company.
