One of the country's first residential schemes designed specifically for renting, Abbeville Apartments in Barking offered a multitude of features to appeal to its client base, including three-year tenancies.

JPS were taken on by Bouygues UK to undertake all doors, floors, skirting and architraves for the hundred one, two and three bed apartments in the development.
