With more than 30 years’ experience, the qualified carpenter spent his early years working across Europe – on major projects including Euro Disney and Legoland. But after years of running projects within the fit-out and housing industries, creating JPS was the logical evolution. Always willing to tackle and solve problems head-on, Michael is known for seeking out opportunities to save clients time and money. His attention to detail ensures relationships continue for many projects.

Scott’s role in the company ensures all the wheels run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. But his dedication to clients mean he will always find time for regular site visits. This personal touch gives clients the confidence that problems will be solved quickly and efficiently, all the while making sure his skilled team are always on top of things. Known as a meticulous organizer and planner, Scott’s strengths make sure the company’s targets are always met.

With 18 years in the industry, Alex has built up a reputation for reliability and conscientiousness while building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. After serving his carpentry apprenticeship with Wimpey Homes in the 90s, he worked across London, Europe, Australia and the US - before joining JPS as a carpentry foreman. Studying for a diploma in construction contracts operations led to his role in the company expanding, before taking on the title of contracts director. Known and appreciated for his experience in the trade, he helps bridge the gap between management and construction.
