JPS Interiors are delighted to have finished work on the stunning Queens Park Place development in north west London.

An urban village just seven minutes from Paddington, the area is famed for its 30-acre park and boasts a vibrant high street.

Now, the exciting £65 million development is sure to bring even more people to the area.

A collection of 144 new homes, including 28 affordable and 116 contemporary apartments and penthouses, with private balconies or roof terraces overlooking private courtyard gardens, it was a great project to be part of.

Part of the £400m regeneration of South Kilburn, the plans aim to deliver 2,400 new homes in total.

JPS undertook all carpentry – including flooring, doors, staircases and decking – across 150 units for Bouygues UK for this part of the scheme, in what was another successful partnership with the company.
