The Faircharm Creative Quarter is an exciting £43.6 million project that will bring a seamless mix of creative space and residential housing to Deptford, South East London.

The scheme, located on the site of the former Zenith Carburetter factory at Creekside, will see the restoration of two commercial buildings, as well as four new residential buildings ranging from six to 12 storeys – and 148 new homes in total.

More than 4500 sq m of commercial space will also be available, with courtyards within the retained blocks helping to create informal gathering/work spaces.

Working for Bouygues UK, JPS has been tasked with the internal second fix carpentry on the job and are due to begin work on the 27th Feb.
